About Us

DesertBuild is a full service General Contractor specializing in ground-up commercial construction, tenant  improvements, remodels, sitework development, and roadwork. We have the knowledge and expertise to complete any project on time and on budget. Our office is conveniently located in the West Phoenix suburb of Surprise.  We have been in business since 2018 (ROC #331650 KB1) and are fully insured.    

Single-tenant or anchor centers, quick service or casual dine, ground up or tenant improvement.  We can build anything. 

We use subs that we know and trust as they give us the best chance to not only win bids, but complete the jobs as fast as possible with nothing less than great finish.

We have a dirt crew that works exclusively with DesertBuild to get the grading done in a timely manner.  This allows us to get jobs done faster than most GC's.
